Gina Williams

Regina Williams will speak on wriitng the short story and how to submit to her magazine and others. Regina Williams started The Storyteller in 1996. Since then, the magazine has gone through several major changes. As a writer Regina knew how hard it was to break into print and decided to try and make it as easy as possible. She still expects well-written stories, because with any job, you have to have training before you can master it. But it is one of the best places for new writers to break into print. Regina has published numerous short stories in national and regional magazines and has won many awards, including the Dan Saults from OWL two years in a row and the Showcase Award at Ozark Creative Writers at Eureka Springs. She has a suspense novel with a New York Agent and unlike writers who say, "submit and forget it," she is on pins and needles waiting for her agent to call her with good news.
